Another Recipe - Taco Grande

I love this recipe -

TACO GRANDE
1 lb lean ground beef
1 envelope (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning
1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 carton (8 oz) guacamole
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, seeded and diced
shredded lettuce
about 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can (6 oz) black olives, pitted and halved
corn chips (Fritos, Doritos, etc)

Scramble ground beef in skillet over high heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Sprinkle with Taco seasoning and pour on tomato sauce. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Warm the beans and spread in center of large platter. Cover with beef mixture. Scoop guacamole into the center and in concentric circles around it, sprinkle the onion, cheese, tomato and lettuce. Dot with black olives. Surround with corn chips. And don't expect any leftovers!
